Trei Real Estate GmbH, based in Düsseldorf (Germany), invests in, develops, and manages customized and sustainable residential and commercial real estate. As part of its long-term strategy, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the German Tengelmann Group focuses on real estate investments and development in Germany, Poland, and the United States. In addition to its existing portfolio worth around €1.3 billion, Trei Real Estate GmbH is implementing projects with a total value of around €1.6 billion. In Poland, the company builds and leases retail parks under the Vendo Park brand.  

Trei also implements residential projects on the Polish market, in the United States, and in Germany. Completed investments in Poland include Kraft in Łódź and Bacciarellego 54 in Wrocław. Currently under construction are Osiedle Zdrój Milanówku, which will ultimately provide approximately 380 units, and Osiedle Blask in Łódź, where more than 200 apartments are currently under construction. The company is planning further development projects, including in Warsaw and Wrocław.
